I offer a truly personalized 1:1 online training and nutrition coaching experience for women who are ready to feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies. With over 5 years of coaching experience and a background in nutrition education, I combine science with real-life experience — my own and that of hundreds of women I’ve helped — to guide and support you every step of the way.

Your program is built entirely around YOU: your goals, schedule, lifestyle, and equipment access. But it doesn’t stop there — we go deeper than just workouts and macros. Together, we move through the key phases of nutrition so you can build a healthy metabolism, strengthen and sculpt your body, and finally learn how to maintain your results for life.

One of the most transformative and often overlooked parts of this process is strengthening your relationship with food. Whether you struggle with emotional eating, the binge–restrict cycle, or undereating, I help you create a sustainable, well-balanced approach to food so you can enjoy life and all your favorite foods with complete confidence.

You’ll have weekly phone check-ins and daily support through my training app, so you’re never left guessing what to do next. This level of guidance and accountability is what empowers my clients to not only reach their goals, but to create lasting change and feel more confident than ever in their own skin.
